Limitless Contractor Marketing

Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 28, 2026 · Version 1.0

Limitless Contractor Marketing Inc. (“Limitless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit limitlesscontractormarketing.comor otherwise interact with our services. We comply with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA / CPRA), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, business name, email, phone number, message content) when you submit a form, book a call, email us, or otherwise contact us. We collect technical information automatically (IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referrer) via cookies and analytics tags. We do not collect special categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric, financial-account numbers) through this site.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, schedule and confirm consultations, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and — with your explicit consent — send service updates and marketing communications.

3. SMS / TCPA consent (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your phone number on any Limitless form and checking the consent box, you give express written consent for Limitless to contact you by phone, text message (SMS/MMS), and pre-recorded or auto-dialed voicemail using the number you provided, regarding your inquiry, our services, and related business communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END; reply HELP for help. We honor opt-outs within 30 seconds. We send only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone. We retain consent records for at least four (4) years.

How we capture and store consent. When you submit a form on this site, we record the exact consent text you saw, the timestamp, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the page URL where consent was given. This record is retained alongside your contact data and is available on request. Your phone number is shared only with the third-party processors listed in §9 (notably GoHighLevel for CRM and Twilio for A2P 10DLC SMS routing) for the purpose of contacting you about your inquiry. We do not sell, lease, or transfer your phone number to any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

A2P 10DLC brand: Limitless Contractor Marketing Inc. is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for application-to-person messaging in the United States. Our brand and campaign use cases are approved for business communications matching the consent purposes described above.

Sample messages you may receive:

  • “Hi {First Name}, this is Frank from Limitless Contractor Marketing — confirming your strategy call tomorrow at 2pm ET. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Quick follow-up on the diagnostic notes from our call. PDF on its way to your inbox. Questions? Reply here. Reply STOP to opt out.”

3a. Forms and lead intake

Every form on this site is a Limitless-native form (not a third-party embed). When you submit a form:

  1. Your input is validated server-side against our schema.
  2. A consent record is captured (text shown, timestamp, IP, user agent, page URL) and stored.
  3. Your details are forwarded to our CRM (GoHighLevel) for follow-up coordination.
  4. A notification is sent to our intake inbox so a human can review and respond.
  5. No retargeting pixel is fired by the form itself — pixels fire only based on cookie consent preferences (§7).

If you want a copy of your submission record, want it deleted, or have any other privacy request, email privacy@limitlesscontractormarketing.com.

4. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for monetary value. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@limitlesscontractormarketing.com. We will respond within 45 days. We do not discriminate against consumers who exercise CCPA rights.

5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Limitlessdoes not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share certain advertising identifiers (cookies, device IDs) with platforms such as Meta and Google for ad measurement and retargeting. California residents may opt out of such sharing by clicking the “Decline” option on the cookie consent banner or emailing privacy@limitlesscontractormarketing.com.

6. Canadian residents (CASL)

Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, we obtain express consent before sending Commercial Electronic Messages (SMS, email, social messages) to Canadian recipients. Every CEM identifies Limitless Contractor Marketing Inc., includes our mailing address (274 Rymal Road West, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada), provides contact information, and includes a functional unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days. To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link in any message or email privacy@limitlesscontractormarketing.com.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and (with your consent) advertising. Specifically, we use:

  • Microsoft Clarity — heat maps and session replay (no PII captured).
  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregated usage analytics with anonymized IP.
  • Meta Pixel — ad performance and retargeting on Facebook / Instagram.

Non-essential trackers do not load until you grant consent via our cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations (e.g., 4-year TCPA consent retention), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing contact lists are reviewed annually; inactive contacts (12+ months no engagement) are pruned.

9. Third-party processors

We use the following processors to deliver our services: GoHighLevel (CRM, communications), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS, edge security), Sanity (content management), Resend (transactional email), Meta Platforms (advertising), Google (advertising, analytics), and Microsoft (analytics). Each processor maintains its own privacy policy and security posture.

10. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, access control, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we make no guarantee of absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are intended for business customers, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email where we have your contact on file.
