Limitless Contractor Marketing
Careers

Build the marketing system the contractor industry deserves.

We're hiring across every department. Paid media, SEO, creative, lead operations, engineering, strategy, and compliance, all roles are open. Specialists welcome; generalists too, if the depth is real.

Why work here

Four things to know about how we operate.

Specialization beats generalism.

We're a window-and-door-only agency. The compounding edge of going deep on one industry is the whole thesis. Inside the company, the same applies: we'd rather have a deep paid-media operator than a generalist who's good at five channels and great at none.

The bar is shipped work that performs.

Not output volume. Not meetings attended. Not internal polish. The metric is whether the campaigns produce, the rankings move, the leads close. We optimize roles, schedules, and processes around that.

Remote-friendly, time-zone-aligned.

We hire across the U.S. and Canada. The workday is broadly Eastern-anchored so production teams overlap with client operations. No 12-hour async lag, no overnight queues.

AI-augmented, not AI-disguised.

We use AI heavily inside the operational stack, analysis, routing, lead scoring, after-hours response. We're not a humans-in-the-loop sweatshop pretending to be a SaaS. The blend is intentional and the team is real.

Open across all fronts

The functions we're hiring into.

We don't list specific job titles, the right person shapes the role. Pick the function that matches your depth and tell us what you'd build.

Strategy & Account Management

Run the relationship with named clients. Translate between operations and production. Decide what to test next based on the data, not on the templated playbook.

You probably look like

  • 5+ years in agency-side or in-house marketing leadership
  • Comfortable reading P&Ls, not just dashboards
  • Strong writer, clear briefs make production work

Paid Media (Meta · Google · TikTok)

Build, ship, and optimize campaigns across the major platforms. Specialists welcome, we'd rather hire a Meta-deep operator than a jack-of-all-channels.

You probably look like

  • 3+ years running paid campaigns at scale
  • Lives in spreadsheets, dashboards, and platform UIs
  • Has opinions on creative, and the data to back them

SEO & Content

Technical audits, on-page optimization, content production, link earning, Google Business Profile management. Long-cycle work that compounds.

You probably look like

  • Hands-on with technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, schema, crawl)
  • Strong writer, or strong editor with a writing bench
  • Tracks rankings and conversions, not just rankings

Creative & Production

Copywriters, designers, video editors. Produce the ads, landing pages, and lead-form copy that actually run. Not portfolio-piece creative, performance creative.

You probably look like

  • Has shipped ads that ran, scaled, and were measured
  • Comfortable iterating creative weekly based on performance signal
  • Specialist or polymath, both lanes welcome

Lead Operations

Qualification specialists, appointment setters, and team leads who run the human layer of lead response. Phone work, SMS, calendar management. The job that prevents leads from dying in the gap.

You probably look like

  • Phone-ready, comfortable on outbound and inbound
  • Detail-oriented around CRM (customer relationship management) hygiene
  • Customer-service mindset, not high-pressure sales

Engineering & Automation

Build the integrations, automation flows, dashboards, and AI-driven analysis that let the production teams ship optimizations weekly. Not a single-client engineering role, you're building the rails.

You probably look like

  • Strong on TypeScript / Node and at least one platform API
  • Comfortable across CRMs, ad platforms, and webhook tooling
  • Genuine interest in applied AI for analysis and routing

Compliance & Operations

TCPA, CASL, CCPA, A2P 10DLC, ADA, state-specific telemarketing rules. The legal floor under contractor lead generation. Not a check-the-box function, a design constraint.

You probably look like

  • Working knowledge of TCPA / CASL / CCPA at a minimum
  • Audits cleanly; documents thoroughly
  • Comfortable being the person who slows a launch when warranted

How the hiring process runs.

Honest, timed, and built to evaluate the actual work, not your interview performance.

  1. 01

A short intro note, you to us.

Send a paragraph or two on what you'd build here and a link to two or three pieces of work. No cover letter template; we read what you actually wrote.

  2. 02

    A 30-minute conversation.

Real conversation about your work and what you'd want from this role. We'll share the team structure, the niche thesis, and how comp and progression run.

  3. 03

    A small paid trial project.

A real, scoped piece of work tied to your function, paid at a fair rate. The output tells us more than any interview round, and it gives you a real sample of what the work looks like.

  4. 04

    Decision, both directions.

Offer if it's a fit, transparent “no” if it isn't, with the actual reason. Either direction, the trial work is yours to keep.
