The Engagement

From first call to scaled pipeline.

Same five stages for every client, diagnose, plan, launch, optimize, scale. The work behind each stage is custom to your market. The cadence isn't.

Stage 01

Discover

Day 1, the strategy call

A real conversation where we lay out the plan we'd run for your business — the channels, the lead flow, the numbers we'd target — and talk through how it fits your market.

What lands at this stage

  • Plan we'd run for your business
  • Channel + budget recommendation
  • Lead-flow walkthrough
  • Q&A on your market
Stage 02

Plan

Days 1–3 after signing

We translate the diagnosis into a build plan: which channels we run, what creative we need, how the funnel routes leads, what your reps see in their calendar. You sign off on the plan before anything goes live. No black boxes, no surprises.

What lands at this stage

  • Channel mix + monthly ad budget
  • Funnel architecture diagram
  • Creative brief + timeline
  • Tracking & compliance checklist
Stage 03

Launch

Days 4–10

Build week. We stand up campaigns inside your Meta and Google ad accounts (under your business manager, you own everything), wire conversion tracking, ship the first creative batch, and configure the lead-response stack. Most clients have ads running and leads flowing within seven days of signed contract.

What lands at this stage

  • Live campaigns in your ad accounts
  • Pre-qualifying funnel deployed
  • Lead-response automations active
  • Tracking pixels + conversion API verified
Stage 04

Optimize

Weeks 2–8

Weekly performance reviews tighten the loop. We A/B test creative, kill underperforming audiences, refine qualification criteria, and tune the lead-response cadence based on which conversations close. You see every adjustment in your weekly dashboard. The bar is one full optimization cycle every week, no quarterly check-ins, no monthly black-box reports.

What lands at this stage

  • Weekly creative refresh
  • Audience and bid adjustments
  • Qualification-criteria tuning
  • Performance dashboard you can read in under five minutes
Stage 05

Scale

Month 3 onward

Once we have a winning channel mix and a stable cost-per-appointment, we scale spend, expand into adjacent channels (paid social, search, retargeting layers), and move you up tiers if your operations support it. Most clients go from validating a single channel to running a multi-channel pipeline within 90 days.

What lands at this stage

  • Cost-per-appointment baseline
  • Channel-expansion roadmap
  • Retargeting + nurture sequences live
  • Quarterly business review with strategist

This shows a healthy projected ROI.

The projected final ROI is 376% after the management investment. This means the campaign is projected to leave net profit after advertising and management costs.

Projection note: This is a planning tool, not a guarantee. Actual results depend on lead quality, follow-up speed, sales process, market conditions, and the accuracy of the inputs.

What to expect

On the strategy call, we lay out the plan we'd run for your business.

Channels, lead flow, the numbers we'd target — and how it fits your market. A real conversation, not a sales pitch.

Common questions about the engagement

What does it cost to take the strategy call?

Nothing. The call is free, no obligation. We'd rather have a real conversation about your market than a templated pitch.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

No. Engagements run month-to-month with a 30-day notice clause. No annual contracts.

Who actually does the work?

We have specialists in paid media, creative, production, lead operations, and AI infrastructure. You'll have a dedicated customer service manager as your direct point of contact.

What if my market is unusual?

We work in residential window & door replacement only, across the U.S. and Canada. Within that niche, every market is unusual: storm-prone Florida looks nothing like high-permit Ontario. The diagnosis call is where we figure out what your market needs.
